All the constructive components are defined in detail through the study of the kinematic and dynamic aspects of the suspensions.
The three-dimensional CAD model of all the components of the suspensions allows us to value the overall room needed, to simulate the kinematic motion, to check the absence of interfaces and to highlight the interaction forces among the different parts.
By client’s request, it is possible to construct the prototype of the suspension.
There is a special suspension test rig dedicated to reproduce on the suspension group any kind of stress exercise carried out by the wheel/ground interaction.
During the test the behaviour of the suspension (or of its single part) can be monitored and the results are immediately available for a quick look and analysis.
